PROFILE<\/h4>\n

Fumio Matsushima is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nippon Wealth PB Pte Ltd. <\/p>\n

Mr. Matsushima has 38 years of international financial services experiences in Private Banking, Securities Custody and Trade Finance. He was a Managing Director at HSBC Private Bank Hong Kong and Tokyo as well as Citigroup New York and Tokyo, managing teams of private bankers.<\/p>\n

Immediately prior to joining Nippon Wealth PB Singapore, Mr. Matsushima\u3000served as the Chief Operating Officer and was one of the co-founders of Nippon Wealth Limited (\u201cNWB HK\u201d). Mr. Matsushima was instrumental in building NWB HK\u2019s initial operating infrastructure as Chief Administrative Officer when the company prepared for its business launch between 2013 and 2015. As NWB HK opened for business in 2015, he assumed the role of Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer in charge of the frontline functions. In 2017, his coverage was expanded to the most recent role of Chief Operating Officer and to manage the Wealth Management business operations including the development of digital service platforms.<\/p>\n

He holds an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Sophia University.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

RAYMOND HAN<\/h2>\n

Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director<\/p>\n

Raymond Han is Nippon Wealth PB Pte Ltd’s Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director. His role is primarily focused on establishing the Singapore office, and growing and scaling the Wealth Management business.<\/p>\n

Mr. Han has more than 5 years of experience in Asset Management, most recently as a compliance and risk officer in a registered fund management company managing a global macro AI fund. He used to serve as a compliance officer at an asset management firm which holds a capital markets services license. Prior to that, he was in the Capital Markets team in OCBC Bank specializing in the origination and execution of bond offerings. He started his career in the Singapore Economic Development Board in 2004 as an industry analyst covering the Electronics industry and later focusing on international tax and financial policies.<\/p>\n

He holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, awarded in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds double bachelor\u2019s degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Biology from Cornell University under an EDB scholarship.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

TSUKASA MIYACHI<\/h2>\n

Senior Wealth Manager<\/p>\n

Tsukasa Miyachi is a Senior Wealth Manager at Nippon Wealth PB Pte Ltd. <\/p>\n

Mr. Miyachi was previously employed as a Managing Director by Barclays Bank Plc (Private Banking Singapore) and was in charge of marketing South East Asia especially for Indonesia between 2012 to 2016.<\/p>\n

He was the head of wealth management for Singapore and Asia ex-Japan at Nomura between 2005 to 2011. He has almost 27 years experience of private and investment banking experience across Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Japan.<\/p>\n

He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Kagoshima University and majored in Economics from Peking University sponsored by The Nomura Securities Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Tsuyoshi Uemura is a Wealth Manager at Nippon Wealth PB Pte Ltd.<\/p>\n

Mr. Uemura has 10 years of experience in the Wealth Management. Prior to joining Nippon Wealth PB Pte Ltd., Mr. Uemura was an Associate Director with Nippon Wealth Limited where he was responsible for clients in Japan and other Asian countries. Mr. Uemura started his career at the head office sales department of Kagawa Securities Co., Ltd. in 2011.<\/p>\n
